who we are.
Born from sisterhood, survival, and sonic alchemy —
KATANIICA is a music project by Katana Sol and Angelica Graham, blending rap, house, electronic textures, and sacred storytelling.
We perform with intention — invoking ancestral memory, releasing rage, and honoring softness.
A lot of our content comes from Improv and Intuition, as we make the beats so we flow.
We emerged as participants in the Seattle Jam Band scene and have history playing for Northwest Folklife, Blue Cone Studios, Feriton Spur Park, and within many music venues in the Seattle area.
Currently, we are trying to find venues for organizing a tour.
